Quality process (service description)The content of the quality process is:
Incoming Inspection Process (IQC) → Process Inspection Process (IPQC)
→ Finished product inspection process (QC) → Shipment inspection process (QA)
1、 Incoming inspection process1. The property manager checks the part number, delivery quantity, and issues the "Incoming Material Acceptance Form".
IQC checks the raw materials for product identification based on the Incoming Inspection Form, confirms their name, quantity, and specifications, and then conducts spot checks.
3. Check and verify the Product Recognition Certificate recognized by the engineering team or the Shipping Inspection and Testing Report provided by the supplier.
4. The sampling inspection standard is MIL-STD-105E, judged according to AQL.
5. Simultaneously fill out the Incoming Inspection Report.
After the completion of the incoming inspection, the "Incoming Inspection Form" shall be signed and marked with "Accepted", "Special Procurement", "Rejected" or "Supplementary Materials". Then transfer the Incoming Inspection Form to the warehouse. Prepare materials for storage in the warehouse.
When there is an abnormality in the quality of the incoming materials, a "Abnormal Incoming Material Handling Form" shall be issued and forwarded to the engineering team for confirmation, visa, and fax to the supplier for analysis and improvement. The quality team tracks and improves the results.
2、 Process Inspection Process1. Notify the production department of production orders under the business.
2. After receiving the order, the production department arranges production, and the production team leader makes the first piece as required and submits it to IPQC for confirmation.
IPQC will verify and confirm the first piece from three aspects upon receipt.
4. Find the corresponding Product Specification Book; Verify the mechanical dimensions and electrical performance of the product, and inspect the appearance of the first piece.
5. IPQC confirms whether the online materials match the Product Specification. If they do not, they should be immediately reported to the Production Department and department supervisor.

6. IPQC conducts inspections from the first process to the last process in accordance with the SOP, with a focus on inspecting winding and tin dipping stations, and checking whether the quality of semi-finished products (including electrical characteristics/appearance dimensions) meets the SOP. When there are abnormalities, promptly report them to the production unit for analysis and improvement, and record them in the IPQC Inspection Report.
The frequency of IPQC line inspection is once every two hours.
3、 Finished product inspection process1. The production line issues a "Warehouse Acceptance Form" to place the goods in the waiting area for inspection.
2. QC checks whether the part number, customer number, quantity, etc. are consistent with the "Warehouse Acceptance Form".
3. QC inspects the product according to the specifications.
4. QC shall conduct sampling according to MIL-STD-105E sampling inspection standards and make judgments according to AQL.
5. The product meets the water acceptance criteria and is stored in the warehouse, and the Finished Product Inspection Report is filled out.
When there is any abnormality in product quality, notify the production department and department supervisor, and take corresponding measures.
7. Transfer the "Warehouse Acceptance Form" to the warehouse for entry.
